Volunteers are the engine behind the New Voting Foundation. We therefore like to attract more of them in our projects

What can we offer?

If you decide to come working for the New Voting Foundation, we can offer you an excellent opportunity to develop yourself in a group of intelligent students and young professionals. We can offer you a large degree of freedom in scheduling your own work. The projects we do are very much internet-related, allowing you to become familiar with the newest concepts and techniques in e-participation and e-democracy. The New Voting Foundation is leading in the development of political websites in the Netherlands and Europe.

Who are we looking for?

The New Voting Foundation is looking for energetic people with a passion for politics and internet. Given the often technical nature of our projects we value any background in internet technologies. We are looking for academically educated people of no more than 30 years of age and we welcome female applications to our largely male dominated organisation.

Programmer?

Do you have programming skills and you'ld like to contribute to the New Voting Foundation? You can join the foundation's developers community and receive a cool 'I code Politicians' t-shirt, or send in an open application.

Do you support paid work?

Apart from volunteer jobs there are a couple of paid jobs at the foundation. Sometimes, we're even offering paid work for our projects when we need data to be processed. When we are looking for paid employees, we will announce this on the website. You can also send in an open application.
